Huge congratulations to #MileShyClub runners (and coach!) Ian and Alison who tied the knot yesterday! We were there - we have the sore heads as proof (as well as a photo or two!)

Ian and Alison found the #MileShyClub through our visit 2 years ago to Slimming World St John’s in Flixton The amazing group leader there (Claire!) welcomed us to meet members and we are delighted to have many running with us still today. Ian and Alison went from being running beginners with us to completing 5k and beyond. Ian even ran 5k on the morning of his big day thanks to parkrun UK and he's also now a #MileShy coach!

We had a celebratory Urmston session earlier this week where we did our run session then went out for pizza!

We, like Claire, were super chuffed (bit of a cry chuffed!) to get a special mention from the bride and groom yesterday at the speeches. We also think these pictures speak for themselves too.

Massive congratulations you two.
