DELIVERIES
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Some of our items are made to order (where specified) so please allow approx 10 working days from order to dispatch. Items sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery take between 1-3 days and items sent via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery take 2-4 days.
Q. I need it in a hurry, what can I do?
A. Forgotten someone’s birthday or want an iconic tee in time for a race on Saturday? Drop us an email at hello@mileshyclub.com and we will always do our best to help!
RETURNS
Q. Can I return my item?
A. We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after your order has been received. Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns or exchanges on worn, marked or washed items. We do not accept returns on personalised items, unless they are faulty. Please include your contact details and your order number with your return item (these can be found on your order confirmation email)
Q. Can I exchange my item?
A. Certainly! If you would like to exchange for a different colour or size we would advise emailing us on hello@mileshyclub.com so we can reserve you your required exchange item asap or advise on availability. Please note you will be required to pay the return postage on the item. Please note we do not offer exchanges on any personalised items.
Q. What is your returns address?
A. Our returns address is: MileShyClub, 38 Church Lane, Sale, M33 5QP
Q. What postage method should I use?
A. If you wish to return an item you will need to pay the return postage. We would advise that items are sent via a tracked service. Unfortunately, proof of postage is not proof of delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.
Q. What if I need to return a faulty item?
A. We always do our best to ensure all our items are the highest quality and reach you in perfect condition. Should you find a fault on any item please get in touch with us by emailing hello@mileshyclub.com. We will arrange the return postage costs for you and send out of a replacement item asap (or a refund, depending on what you would prefer). Please note we will not exchange items that have developed a fault due to normal wear & tear or customer misuse.
Q. How long will it take to process my return?
A. Once we have received your item we will endeavour to complete the return process within 3 working days. Please bear in mind that we are a small charity with a small team and we will do our best to resolve any issues asap.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
The MileShyClub is a small home run charity, we do the best we can to keep all items in stock and available but they can sell incredibly fast. If the item you are looking for is unavailable chances are it’s already on order for replenishment but should you have any queries please don’t hesitate to get in touch via email at hello@mileshyclub.com.
