OUR NEXT COUCH TO 5K STARTS IN JANUARY
With multiple clubs across Trafford, Salford, Stockport and Manchester there is bound to be a group near you.
Come and get that feel good feeling! You’ll have the support of your fellow runners, the encouragement of our amazing coaches and all groups have an optional WhatsApp group for advice, support and arranging those all important homework runs. We KNOW you can do this.
MileShyClub is a charity so it costs just £2 a session on a pay as you go basis - please pay in cash on the day.

Altrincham
