Our first women’s only club in an indoor private area - led by Personal Trainer and Run Coach Jane, retired Longsight GP Soraya, and friends of WETA (Women Empowerment Through the Arts), Razia, Saima and Sana!

Session aimed at: Beginner jogging and walking wellness session – learn to jog for fitness!

When: Mondays at 11am

Meeting point: Main Hall, 422 Community Hub, 422 Stockport Rd, Longsight, M12 4EX.

Cost: FREE

Length of session: Usually an hour, but allow for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Session summary: We always start with a fun group warm up! Beginners complete a run/walk session (more walking than running in the initial weeks!) Our sessions include teaching points on how to run and we always complete cool down stretches afterwards. Our Longsight session is unlike our other clubs as it will be run by YOU and we will be offering a more bespoke offer to improve health and wellness. Some of you may want to achieve 5K whilst some may prefer a more generic run fitness session.  Either way - we’ll tailor to what suits the majority and whatever the outcome we will ensure that you will feel fitter, healthier and ultimately, happier!
