Saturday 8th February - MileShyOnTour at Clitheroe Castle As decided by our recent community vote our next MileShyOnTour will be at Clitheroe Castle parkrun - it's a fun, five lapper which is described as "undulating". The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating by the start around 8.30am - look out for the bee tees!

Saturday 8th March - Graduation Parkruns at Peel and Alexandra Our latest Couch To 5K graduation will be split between Peel and Alexandra parkruns - please do come down and support our newest MileShyers. The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating by the start line around 8.30am. Look out for the bee tees!

Sunday 27th April - Manchester Marathon Volunteer and Cheer Squad When volunteering as part of our MileShyClub team Manchester Marathon make a cash donation per person to the club which we would HUGELY appreciate as these funds go towards future MileShyClub events There is also the added bonus you’ll be able to cheer on your fellow MileShyers out on the course! We have two teams this year - one marshalling around Cross Street/Dane road in Sale and one at the Finish Line Event Village situated on Oxford Road. You can specify your choice of location when you get signed up HERE.

Sunday 18th May - Wigan Pie Run Lots of our runners ran the Wigan Trail 10K last year and absolutely raved about it - they loved the beautiful route, the bespoke medal and the amazing and and peas they received afterwards! There are special prizes for clubs entering 12 or more runners so if you're planning on entering do let us know. You can find out more and get registered HERE.

The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating by the start around 8.30am - look out for the bee tees!
