Monday 23rd December - MileShy Christmas MashUp - The Jingle Jog Most of our clubs will be closed over Christmas and New Year whilst our volunteer coaches have a well deserved break - but never fear, Coach Dennis is here with a festive MileShy MashUp to bring you Christmas cheer! Dennis will be leading one of his always amazing MileShy MashUp runs from MileShyClub Urmston to take you on a tour of the best Christmas lights and decorations in the area - if you'd like to dress for the occasion please do!

Monday 30th December - MileShy NewYear MashUp - The Twixmas Trot Most of our clubs will be closed over Christmas and New Year whilst our volunteer coaches have a well deserved break - but never fear, Coach Dennis is here with a festive MileShy MashUp to bring you New Year cheer! Dennis will be leading one of his always amazing MileShy MashUp runs from MileShyClub Urmston to take you on a tour of the area for our last official run of 2024!

WC 6th January - Couch to 5K Starts Our next Couch To 5K course starts in ALL CLUBS week beginning 6th January. Come and get that feelgood feeling! You’ll have the support of your fellow runners and our amazing coaches and all groups have an optional WhatsApp group for advice, support and arranging those all important homework runs. We KNOW you can do this. You can signed up HERE to secure your place now.

Saturday 8th February - MileShyOn Tour at Clitheroe Castle As decided by our recent community vote our next MileShyOnTour will be at Clitheroe Castle parkrun - it's a fun, five lapper which is described as "undulating". The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating by the start around 8.30am - look out for the bee tees!

Sunday 18th May - Wigan Pie Run Lots of our runners ran the Wigan Trail 10K last year and absolutely raved about it - they loved the beautiful route, the bespoke medal and the amazing and and peas they received afterwards! There are special prizes for clubs entering 12 or more runners so if you're planning on entering do let us know. You can find out more and get registered HERE.
