As well as walking do you deliver any other classes?
As a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer I work with people in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond who want to get fitter, stronger and healthier. This includes gentle (and not so gentle) circuits and cardiac rehabilitaion classes.
Where is your favourite place to walk?
If I’m going for a walk near home I love walking along the Mersey. If I’m going further afield then a hill with a view makes my heart sing!
Do you have any other hobbies?
Whenever I have any spare time I spend it going to the cinema, theatre and art galleries.
