CAN YOU ALREADY RUN 5K?
If you can already run a comfortable 5K come and join one of our 5K+ Improver groups. If you’re looking to run further or faster our coaches are here to help you - if you want to go for a nice, chatty social run or would just appreciate the safety in numbers throughout the dark winter nights then the MileShy community have totally got your back.
With multiple clubs across Trafford, Salford, Stockport and Manchester there is bound to be one near you - we have a 5K Improvers at all of our clubs and Sale and Stretford both have groups that run even further.
MileShyClub is a charity so it costs just £2 a session on a pay as you go basis - please pay in cash on the day.

Altrincham
Altrincham is our only daytime group - you get to run in the daylight all year round!

Old Trafford

Partington
We cannot tell you just how amazing our Partington group is - it’s a real community group.

Sale
Where it all began for MileShy - expect lots of support from one of our largest groups.

Salford Quays
Our Salford Quays club is just over the road from the bright lights of Media City!

Stretford
The lovely Shelly Quinton-Hulme at Victoria Park Community Centre really supports this club.
5K Improvers meet on Mondays and 6K-8K Improvers meet on Wednesdays - both take place at 6.30pm by Victoria Park Community Centre, M32 0AD.
Swinton
Our Swinton club utilises the beautiful green spaces around Swinton Greenway.

Urmston
There’s a real family feeling to our Urmston group.

Our Worsley club makes use of the lovely flat canal path and Worsley Woods.
