WHAT A MORNING! We brought the sunshine again! Tracy took on her first ParkRun in style! Helen, Andy, Kath....returned and GOT PB'S! (arghhh brilliant!) But absolute hats off to Jonny today. First ParkRun EVER. Says before he begins, "It would be good to try and get below 30 minutes..." Finish time? An amazing 23 minutes 20 seconds. Jonny IS AWESOME!
