Amazing weekend at Delamere Forest ParkRun
This weekend has quite possibly been the best #MileShyClub weekend... ever. Saturday saw well over 20 of us get up super early to make ParkRun courtesy of Delamere Forest, and this morning saw our newbies work amazingly hard in the sleet and snow. Our runners are simply inspirational. #noonegetsleftbehind
The #MileShyClub turns 1!
We started the #MileShyClub on the 8th January 2017. So last night, we were surprised by some of our lovely members with cake, which was very well received after our Tuesday Sale session!
The #MileShyClub launches in Newcastle!
Freezing cold temperatures, a last minute change of route due to ice, and two AMAZING coaches Loveness and James! What are we talking about? Beginners running club, the #MileShyClub Newcastle started this evening with a fantastic turnout and a brilliant session! Well done everyone who turned out and roll on next Monday! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
This morning, #MileShyClub runners hit the street of Sale, in Christmassy style! Dressed up as Santa's, many members of the Club completed a 5k Santa dash, receiving a medal and raising money for Brainwave, a children's charity in Warrington. We had a blast and loved the community support!
